At Ambika Textile, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product should not be damaged, altered, or worn.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sarees purchased during Sale or Discount Offers
  • Customized or altered products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Minor color variations (due to screen differences)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within the return period.
  2. Share your Order Number and product details.
  3. Send photos (if product is damaged or incorrect).

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • A wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for quick resolution.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

8. Important Note

Ambika Textile reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
